Manx Museum
The Manx Museum, situated on Windsor Road in Douglas, is the centrepiece of a comprehensive heritage experience in the Isle of Man.
The building is bursting with artefacts and treasures unique to the Island and introduces the Story of Mann - see separate link - through a series of films, galleries and interactive experiences.
Here, you can you can marvel at national treasures including hoards of Viking silver and gold, uncover the history of Tynwald, the oldest continuous Parliament in the world, discover Manx culture, find out about traditional industries and the story of wartime internment, and learn about the world famous TT races, famous riders and their machines and more.
